  1. In your cooking pot,add your mixed palm oil and groundnut oil,add your grinded garlic,pepper and onions fry for some minutes,add your diced yam add water that can reach the top of the yam.
  2. When it starts boiling then add your seasonings let it cook as your stir it time to time until the yam starts to mash and the water is thick, don't let the water get dried up for it needs (romo) to taste better and lastly add your spinach.
  3. Let the heat cook the spinach for it. Doesn't require fire,take your pot off the fire and your yam porridge is ready!.
